(Doe Run, MO.) A press release from St. Francois County Sheriff Dan Bullock reports his officers discovered a man's body wrapped in a large piece of carpet in the Hamilton Town area of Doe Run Friday morning. The release also indicates deputies received a call about 7:30 am Friday concerning property damage at the site. Upon investigation the body was found near the reporting parties property. Authorities identified the dead man, apparently the victim of a homicide, as 28 year old Anthony D. O'Harver of Farmington.
It's also reported two suspects, a 25 year old female and a 24 year old male, both from Farmington, have been arrested in the case. The arrests came after a search warrant was executed with Farmington police detectives. The residence where the pair was taken into custody is believed to be the scene of the homicide. Numerous items of evidence were found at the Farmington location. The two are being held on charges of second degree murder and armed criminal action and more charges are probable. The suspects names are being withheld pending the filing of formal charges. KFMO B104 News will have more on this story as details develop.
