(Park HIlls, MO.) A former Park Hills Councilman, 54 year old Steven Sutton, will be sentenced after a Sentencing Assessment Report following the entry of a guilty plea at a plea hearing in St. Francois County Court Friday. Sutton was charged in March of 2017 with drug trafficking in the first degree, a class A felony. Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff's Reports show a traffic stop on Highway 32, in Ste.
