(St. Francois County, MO.) St. Francois County Health Center officials are discussing a stay at home order for the county after a 5th case of the COVID-19 virus is confirmed. St. Francois County Health Center Executive Director, Amber Elliot, says they're investigating a 5th confirmed COVID-19 case and it's a female in her 70s. It's not known yet how the woman contracted the disease. Elliot says as the number of cases in the county climbs a stay at home order might be come a reality soon.
Elliot explains Thursday's health department board meeting consisted entirely of a discussion on whether or not to issue the order.
