(St. Francois County, MO.) According to officials at the St. Francois County Health Center there are 17 confirmed cases of the caronavirus in St. Francois County. The majority, 13 cases, are women while 4 are men. So far the age groups involved include people from under 20 to over 70 years of age with the most cases in the 30 to 59 year old range. The epidemiological investigation by the Health Center shows 9 of the victims got the disease through direct contact, 3 contracted the virus through no specific contact, and 5 cases are under investigation. Friday Governor Mike Parson issued a state wide stay at home order. It begins Monday.
