(St. Francois County, MO) St. Francois County government offices will be getting a technology upgrade. The Information Technology Director for St. Francois County, Jared Faulkner, presented information on bids for 50 computers at today's St. Francois County Commission meeting. Faulkner says it will take several months to get started on the project now that he has commissioner's approval.
The computers may cost the county around $15,000 to $20,000. In other business commissioners were given an update on the replacement of the low water bridge on Busiek Road. That work isn't expected to begin until late May or early June and the road will have to be closed while the bridge is being replaced.
