(DESLOGE, MO) - Members of the Desloge Police Department are getting a pay raise as promised by city officials during the 2018 November elections when the Proposition P Public Safety measure was on the ballot. The City Administrator for Desloge, Dan Bryan, explains it all came about as part of a promise to voters and the raise includes a few promotions within the department.
The promotions, and the dinner, were a part of this week's Desloge Board of Aldermen meeting. Other action at the meeting included the approval of the new city budget which includes nearly $275,000 dollars in Genral Fubnd expenditures for the new fiscal year and board members approved joining the new MIRMA Health Group for health insurance.
