(Park Hills, MO) Voters in Park Hills will decide the new Mayor during next Tuesday's elections after Thursday night's forum. The candidates made spoke at the Central High School Auditorium. Gene Fritsche (Fritsch'-ee), former Mayor John Clark, Ward II councilman Larry LaChance, and former Mayor, and current Ward II Councilman, David Easter, all answered prepared questions including what the top concerns are for the business community and how they would address them. LaChance says he would try to get more business to move into the are and better housing would help.
Easter says he would use local resources, already available to help those who wish to start a new business.
Fritsche explains his policy would be to bring traffic back into the downtown area.
According to Clark he would like to lower the sales tax rate.
The forum was presented by the Park Hills Leadington Chamber of Commerce. KFMO B104 News will have complete election night coverage once the polls close at 7 o'clock.
