(Farmington, MO) The St. Francois County Commissioners have voted to enact a stay at home order for the county in light of the spread of COVID-19. The county will be effective on Friday April 3rd at 12:01 AM, midnight. Violators of the order can face up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine. The stay at home order means the closure of, "non-essential business and operations." Sheriff Dan Bullock has asked that people call the health department with questions, not 911. The closure is set to continue until further notice. Download the full 12 page order below.
