(Jefferson City, MO) Missouri Legislators are looking at a piece of legislation called the 2nd Amendment Preservation Act. The State Representative for the 144th District, Chris Dinkins, explains the act is designed to protect law abiding gun owners from central gun control legislation that might be passed in Washington, D.C.
Dinkins, who was a guest on the KFMO Annual Legislative Report, tells KFMO B104 News, many of her constituents have expressed concern over possible changes in gun laws, The Act has been approved by state Representatives and it now rests in the hands of Senators.
