(Cadet, MO) Two people from Cadet Washington County are being charged with a series of felonies after officers discovered drugs, stolen vehicles and firearms. A probable cause statement from Sheriff Zach Jacobsen shows Lori Hahn Horton and Paul Anthony Ratliff, both 48 years old, are charged with delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of tampering with a motor vehicle, and 11 counts of unlawful use of a weapon while Horton is also charged with 11 counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. A search warrant was served at the residence on Simpson Road in Cadet Monday. It's alleged officers found drugs that field tested positive for methamphetamine, pills, scales, cutting agents and empty capsules that were used for narcotics. SAheriff's investigators also located a stolen motorcycle and a stolen Jeep with a combined worth of about $40,000. Horton and Ratliff were taken to the Washington County Jail. Horton posted bond and was released this week.
